HOW WE MAKE MAGIC

Consultation

Each session begins with a consultation to understand the client's goals, preferred style, and the image they wish to convey. The photographer will discuss wardrobe choices, background options, and the overall tone of the headshot—whether it should be formal, casual, or somewhere in between.

Location

Clients can choose between a studio session with controlled lighting and backdrops or an on-location shoot that captures a more natural or branded environment. Studio sessions typically offer a clean, professional look, while on-location shoots can add a personal or industry-specific touch.

Guided Posing

During the shoot, the photographer provides guidance on posing to capture the most flattering angles. They work to ensure the subject appears confident, approachable, and natural. The session includes a variety of shots, capturing the subject from different angles and with varied expressions.

Editing:

After the shoot, the client selects images from contact sheet to undergo professional retouching. This process includes adjusting lighting, color correction, and minor skin retouching to ensure a polished final product that still looks natural, Images may be selected from online gallery also.

Digital Delivery

Clients receive high-resolution digital copies of their selected images, ready for use on websites, social media, and print materials. Different file formats and sizes can be provided based on the client’s needs.

Quick Turnaround

The service includes a quick turnaround time, typically delivering the final images within five days of the shoot, making it convenient for professionals who need updated headshots on short notice. Not that high volume of images can take 2 to 3 weeks.

when you're ready

Start by filling out the contact form. I will connect with you and do a 30 min consultation with you. From there we will discuss everything. I will send you an estimate, scope of work and a model release with what we discussed. You then send the documents back, pay the deposit, and we have a follow up call or email to finalize our date, time, location, shot list, theme and whatever else is on work order.
